IMPORTANT: How to comunicate a problem

First of all, calm down. Every problem, like in math, has a solution.

The best way to get help is:
Is there any open thread, whose title names the problem i'm having?

Yes: I click the thread, see what's going on, and how to solve it.
No: I create a new topic, writing a simple description of the problem, and on the message body, i elaborate the problem.

It's as hard as it gets, if you're capable of taking a screenshot, and upload it to show said problem, do it, the more details we have, the easier (and faster) it will be to come up with a solution.
